- 1. AMosaic did not only crash on forms, right?
- 2. AMosaic still crashes with MUI 3.2 or 3.3 -- not as often as with
- 2.x, but yet far too often.
- 3. The old AMosaic has become some kind of a standard for Amiga
- browsers, unfortunately. The thing that makes me angry are those
- enthusiastic reports from people who appearently just installed
- something new (MUI, IBrowse, ...) and now claim, everything is
- perfect. In the case of AMosaic this is absolutely NOT TRUE!
- I could show you how to crash AMosaic within five minutes of using.
- Esp. if you use wwwCache (an ARexx script for saving web pages), you
- can be 99% sure, your Amiga will crash before having saved the 10th
- page.
- 4. AMosaic (and IBrowse) seem to be very "context"-sensitive (context in
- the meaning of your personal implemantation of hard- and software).
- Some people reported, that they even can't get those programs to load
- anything without a crash.
